Annaiole — who also answers to Anna — was born in Genoa, Italy, but now lives in Alabama. Her name has never appeared on the U.S. top 1,000, but her nickname ranked 55th the year she was born, and 23rd in 2006.

What does Annaiole like about her name?

I haven’t met any one else with it. The whole first name, not just Anna. And even then I have only met 3 other Annas.

What does she not like about her name?

It’s hard to pronounce, people often mispronounce or misspell it.
