Terrible name. Cute as a *nickname* for a baby, but as a given name? What were they thinking (or were they)?

My son and family were just here for a visit. He calls his 1 year old son "Buggie", "Bug-a-boo" and other "bug" nonsense words.Very cute for a very cute little guy. But of course, my grandson has a fine given name -- Alexander.
