How Do You Remember the Names of People You Meet?

I can usually remember a person’s name if I repeat it a few times over the course of a conversation. Other people remember names with the help of visualizations, associations, mnemonics, rhymes, and other techniques. What works best for you? (Or do you just happen to have a fantastic memory?)
