Baby Name Story – Roger

On April 9, 1958, police officer Roger Duchemin of Richland, Washington, delivered a baby in the front seat of a car. (No details on the type of car or where it was parked at the time.)

The baby boy, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Acton, was named Roger Alan Acton in honor of Duchemin.
