Joshua works worse with my last name but I’d fear the nickname Josie with Josiah.
I’m trying to avoid “j” names for family reasons, but I like Josiah a lot more that Joshua.
I’d be afraid of getting jokes about “joshing” with a Joshua, so I’d go for Josiah.
