How Masculine Are the Top 100 Boy Names?

You might think the top 100 boy names in the nation are highly masculine.

And you’d be right. Most are.

But a handful are not. Exactly 13 didn’t manage to earn an A+ on the masculinity test, in fact.

The lowest grade, C, went to Hayden.

  1. We named our first born son Hayden and we love the name fits well, I also like it for a girls name. I discovered the name while watching Star Wars Episode One, Hayden Christianson plays the role of Anikan. It is a great name!

  2. oh my gosh i totally disgree, julian reads extremely feminine to me. and tristan? i know 4 girls named tristan just on my street!
