Maia Taylor went into labor while attending Bible study at Living Water Community Worship Center in Gastonia, North Carolina, on Valentine’s Day, 2012.
She waited for paramedics to arrive in the pastor’s study, but when they arrived, her labor was too far along for her to be transported to the hospital. So she gave birth to a baby girl on the couch in the pastor’s study.
In honor of Pastor Andrea Gooding, she named her daughter Andrea Lenor Taylor.
