Lloyd and Boyd, born in Floyd

Is spotting a double rhyme the same as spotting a double rainbow?

From a 1961 Georgia newspaper:

Twins named Lloyd Joel and Boyd Noel, born on December 2, 1961, in Floyd County, Georgia

Twin boys named Lloyd Joel and Boyd Noel.

Not only that, but Lloyd and Boyd rhyme with the name of the hospital, which is located in Georgia’s Floyd County, which was named for Georgia politician John Floyd (1769-1839).
