On the heels of the identical quads we have identical triplets: Zoe, Kim and Amy were born Monday (August 13th) to a 25-year-old British woman living in Austria. They were born several weeks early and will remain in the ICU for a time before going home.
I know it’s not fair to compare a set of 3 to a set of 4, but… I can’t help but like “Zoe, Kim and Amy” a bit more than “Autumn, Brooke, Calissa and Dahlia.” First, I think it’s cool that each triplet has a 3-letter name — very appropriate. :) Second, I like the quasi-alphabetical first letters — they suggest an order for the set, but don’t lock the names into place.
I wonder what the parents would have chosen had the kids been quads…maybe “Zoe, Rue, Eve, and Amy,” or “Zoe, Sky, Gia and Amy,” or something similar. What do you think?
Well, keeping with the three letters for three babies things, if it was quads, I think the names would have been something like:
Zoey
Vera
Kami
and
Anna
Of course! Good point. :)
I think your guess would come a lot closer than mine…
