A Peruvian woman named Virgen Maria and her husband (who happens to be a carpenter) welcomed a son on December 25, 2008 — Christmas Day.
They had planned to name their baby boy after a football player, but the Christmas birth date convinced them to go with the name Jesus instead.

Jesus is a fairly common name in Latin American countries, so I am not surprised that this would happen.
