I love seeing names by regions! Not surprised that when adding up Sophia and Sofia it comes up way ahead of Emma. It’s always interesting to see unique names. Had to look up Yolotli as I had never seen it.
As I suspected when I saw the telltale “tl”, it is Nahuatl (Aztec) and means “heart”. The only Macario I’ve ever met went by Mac.
